BORED - RETIRED - DESPERATE
 

What to do with myself ? 
I got interested in playing the (Slots),
then I became scared.

I was fast becoming *ADDICTED*
thus reducing my resources to a dangerous level.

THEN - I discovered the Fun & Wonderful World of Bingo.

Some may argue that I just swapped one form of gambling for another.

TRUE - BUT -
it is controlled, you buy the number of books up front
that you can comfortably play with and that is all you
 need to spend for the session of bingo.

I became so keen on bingo that I no longer wasted
 my time and money at the Casino. 

A BINGO PACT

Bingo lovers all unite, lets be friends, we will not fight.
It's not a sin if you should win, although it's hard to wear a grin.
Let's all gather here next week, to try again ~ the game we seek.
Perhaps it will be one of us, to head for home ~ our purse a plus

The National Bingo Game Association tested the reactions
 of a dozen young male thrill seekers.
They found that bingo set their pulses
 racing faster than any extreme sports.
Heart monitors showed the men's pulses rose higher
 the nearer they came to winning a major bingo prize.
With just one number left to complete on the card,
 their heart rates were racing faster than when
 poised to leap from the bungee platform.
Just before the bungee jump,
the average heart rate rose
from around 60 to 138 beats per minute. 
But with only one number still to complete on their bingo card
 their heart rates soared to an average 141 beats per minute.
  Sports psychologist Lee Ashworth told Ananova:
"Many of these guys were base jumpers
 who spend their free time parachuting from high buildings,
 so they are well used to taking big risks.
 Yet even these adrenalins junkies found the excitement
 of waiting to see if their winning number would come up
 almost too much to bear."

REMEMBER ~ It's better to be a "Pollyanna" & find something to be glad
about ~ that's better than being a "Whiner", there is always tomorrow.
After All ~ Every bingo player hopes to win the "Pot O' Gold" at the end
of the Rainbow.
